We are seeking a 12hours night shift  Production Operator - Resin to join our team and help us produce high-quality Bactec Resin used in our Bactec Media products. You will wash & blend resin, document ingredients, and maintain equipment. Follow QSR, ISO, safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Functions

• Following approved procedures, wash and blend resin to be used in the processing of Bactec Resin used in the Bactec Media products.

• Interpret weighing, mixing and blending instructions on Batch Records.

• Calculate proportions of ingredients following approved procedures.

• Follow the production schedules to stay in sync with department production requirements.

• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal forms.

• Accurately record all data required by production documentation following QSR and ISO regulations.

• Follow good practices and maintain mixing and blending equipment in good conditions.

• . Follow and ensure housekeeping regulations are followed in accordance to procedures and notify any deviation Active participation in Lean Activities.

• Perform other related duties as.

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow procedures and regulations

• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent

• Six to twelve months of manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Ability to write and read English

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Medium demand. Exposure to odors.

• Medium work. Requires standing, walking, moderate lifting and carrying objects.

• Minor hazard when safety equipment is properly used.
