Business Manager MMS CEE
Job Description Summary
This is a leadership role within the CEE MMS Hub leadership team, responsible for driving profitable growth of the MMS business in Eastern Europe through outstanding team leadership and effective sales execution in a dynamic and complex environment.The role holder contributes to the country's business strategy, develops commercialization strategies, and translates them into tactical execution plans. They lead, coach, and develop the country sales team while continuously striving to enhance selling capabilities.
As a member of the country’s cross-functional management team, the Hospital Business Manager MMS plays a key role in representing the business unit in local initiatives and decision-making processes.
This role both leads and supports programs aimed at driving commercial excellence, including Go-To-Market (GTM) models, Value-Based Selling, Sales Excellence, and external stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively influence and align with key internal and external stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Main responsibilities will include:
Commercial Operations
As a Business Manager MMS CEE, you will drive commercial success across Eastern Europe, ensuring strategic growth and excellence in sales execution.
People Management
Leading and motivating a team of Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Regional Sales Managers to achieve business goals.
Establishing and maintaining high sales standards while fostering commercial excellence.
Recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top talent within the team.
Continuously enhancing knowledge, skills, and engagement levels across the team.
Ensuring compliance with key HR processes and local labor regulations.
Optimizing the organizational structure and talent pipeline.
Strengthening team dynamics and creating an efficient operational flow.
Customer Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, trade associations, and industry professionals in emerging markets.
Representing the company in high-level discussions with C-suite executives.
Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to accelerate sales growth.
Working closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Extensive experience in the Life Science or Medical Devices industry, preferably within capital equipment sales.
Strong business acumen and an understanding of organizational dynamics.
A proven track record of leading sales teams and driving commercial success.
Strong track record in sales execution, with a demonstrated ability to drive profitable business growth.
Experience in strategic business planning.
Deep knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
Confidence in engaging with senior executives and key stakeholders in healthcare.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently across Eastern European countries.
