Main responsibilities will include:
- Establish, collect, and maintain QMS scorecards in line with corporate procedures.
- Gather and analyse quality data from cross-functional international teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D.
- Prepare data reports for Legal Manufacturer Management Reviews in Eysins.
- Support quality data analysis activities related to global product portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with data collection and trending requirements for MDSAP jurisdictions.
- Utilise AI-driven solutionsfor data collection and manipulation.
- Collaborate with teams at different levels across the organisation.
- Maintain clear documentation and structured reporting for quality compliance.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
About you:
- A degree with at least a first experience in quality engineering and/or compliance within the medical technology industry, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of US FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485/9001, Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, and MDR.
- Familiarity with MDSAP regulations and quality data management.
- Excellent organisation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret and present complex information effectively.
- Fluent in English.
