About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Service Representative who can effectively communicate with our customers in English, Polish and German. This role requires a professional approach to handling inquiries, complaints, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis (till 05.2026).

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer orders and requests through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online forms.

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing for both direct and indirect sales channels.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints, providing helpful solutions and resolving issues effectively.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by offering assistance and guidance throughout the ordering process.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

  • Update relevant systems and databases with accurate information related to customer orders and account details.

  • Monitor and track order statuses to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

  • Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about product availability, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

About you

  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.

  • Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English and German.

  • Openness and customer needs orientation, with ability to build solid professional relations.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
