Job Description

• Product marketing and management : product marketing plan development including customer hearing and research for improvement, commercial plan execution (new product launch, portfolio management), and operational management for inventory planning, and project execution.
• System development and management: lead middleware system development /improvement and deployment through direct collaboration with third vendor companies as well as BD Global platform team.
• Product management process improvement: engage and work closely with global and regional platform members to improve BD Rowa operational process including ordering, inventory management, funnel handling, reporting, etc.
• Digital marketing : collaborate with other marketing team members and function members to execute omnichannel strategy for BD Rowa solution.
• Customer engagement improvement : work with sales team closely to strengthen relationship with business partners as well as customers and to improve brand awareness for BD and BD Rowa.
