Business Development manager
Job Description Summary
1. Approach formulation researchers autonomously and proactively, understand customer needs, provide appropriate support and information, and uncover business opportunities related to prefilled syringes.2. Stimulate demand for prefilled syringes by creating and executing technical presentations at academic conferences, exhibitions, and customer conferences, and submitting technical papers and articles.
3. Collaborate with related companies (CMOs, CROs, equipment manufacturers) and industry groups to engage in activities that enable them to grasp business opportunities from a wide range of perspectives.
4. Work with the sales team to support business opportunities that have already materialized from a developmental and technical perspective to win the deal.
5. Conduct regular in-house educational sessions to disseminate knowledge and raise the level of the organization in order to improve the level of knowledge related to formulation in the team.
