Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing sales specialist with proven success experience and proficiency in the sales. The ideal candidate is expected to effectively demonstrates medical devices and build trust and relationship with customers for optimizing sales and customer service experiences.
Key requested responsibility:
- Promote and demonstrate value of assigned product portfolio with customer visit, product detailing/presentation, or clinical support or training for achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals by presenting good listening and communication skills and addressing the customer needs and pain points.
- Present good skills of listening and communication for observing and understanding customers needs and pain points.
- Handle new product validation/ listing, execute new product launch plans, develop new accounts and initiate effective selling plan
- Timely update on market situation, new trends, and customer insights to internal key stakeholders
- Act as a team player for fulfilling assigned tasks by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expected to follow and comply with company’s policies and compliance requirement.
- Defend BD’s portfolio and value proposition by price negotiations with assigned key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing, Nursing, Life Science or a related field.
- Fulfilling the core value of mutual respect and teamwork in workplace.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and medical devices.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
