Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of individual market dynamics for forming feasible marketing strategies/ tactics and ensure thorough execution with sales team and distributors to drive the sales growth.
- Lead the product launch process, including identification of market unmet needs, analysis of market data, customers’ buying process, and competitors’ behaviors, as well as development of the product launch plan, in partnership with sales team, cross-functional partners, and worldwide/ regional product teams
- Lead new product and refresh campaigns with downstream and vendors including: marketing programs, sales tools, digital and printed literature.
- Identify, engage, and develop partnership with key opinion leaders and influential societies with strategic initiatives for gaining market access for new products or expanding penetration for existing products
- Contribute to the operation of assigned portfolio, including but not limited to monthly forecast and management of PIRs.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related.
- Nursing or clinical background is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experiences in healthcare marketing, especially in, upstream marketing, launching new products and growing strategic products.
- Read, write and verbally communicate in fluent English
- Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel 25% - 35%
