Job Description

Assist the supervisor engineer to improve equipment, process improvement, product validation, etc.

协助主管工程师做好设备改善、工艺改进、产品验证等工作

Complete improvement indicators on time and continuously improve daily work processes through KAS

按时完成改善指标，通过KAS持续改进日常工作过程

Troubleshooting and abnormal maintenance of equipment in relevant areas of the plant

厂内相关区域设备的故障处理异常维修

Provide technical guidance and training to automation technicians

能够为初级技工提供技术指导和培训

Lead the technician team to complete the team KPI set by the supervisor engineer

带领技工团队完成主管工程师设定的团队KPI

Assist the supervisor engineer in the daily management of spare parts

协助主管工程师进行备品备件的日常管理工作

Complete maintenance work on production equipment in a timely manner to ensure good and stable operation of the equipment

及时完成生产设备的维护保养工作，确保设备良好稳定运行

According to the formulated preventive maintenance plan, accurately complete the daily maintenance work of production equipment and measuring instruments, promptly handle the discovered hidden dangers, and report in a timely manner

根据制定的预防维修计划，准确完成生产设备和计量器具的日常保养工作，对发现的隐患及时处理，并及时汇报

Maintain good production site order and participate in on-site 5S management

维持良好的生产现场秩序，参与现场5S管理

Understand the relevant laws, regulations and technical standards of energy, and understand and master the importance of energy conservation in this position

了解能源的相关法律法规和技术标准，了解并掌握本岗位的节约能源的重要性
