Job Summary
- Responsible for technical service and repair issues
- Provide onsite customer support
- Repairs, tests, commission and maintains equipment
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation in accordance with all local established policies, procedures and regulations
- Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance
- Inspects equipment performance to verify their efficiency, investigates and initiates corrective actions to ensure equipment quality and reliability
Job Description
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitor equipment performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitor inventory and reordering materials when needed.
- Conduct training and refresher workshops to distributors.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to country business leaders on a regular basis.
Preferred Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in Medical Device industry
- Strong in technical service and repair
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and service-oriented
- Able to travel oversea occasionally to provide technical support to customers and distributors
