- Start date in April, 6-month contract, with possible extension depending on circumstances.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate various marketing action plans in omni-channel, including booth exhibition, digital campaigns, seminar/conferences, PR, etc.
Monitor new leads generated fromMarCom activities usingsalesforce (SFDC)anddevelop reports for review
Obtain necessary medical, legal, regulatory, and identity approvalsfor promotional materials usingVeevaVaultand communicate approved materials to sales team
Handlethe processing of purchase orders, tax invoiceand ensure accurate and timely budget compliance
Gather market intelligenceand communicate to internal stakeholders in weekly basis
Fulfillassigned tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities including coordinating customer meeting/roadshows, workshops, visitors, sample requests etc. to support overall marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in biologic-related, medical-related, or business administration fields is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Savvy with digital tools.
Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Good attention to detail.
Experience in SFDC, BuySmart, VeevaVault, etc. andworking with MarCom agency is an advantage.
Communication skills (fluent in English, native in Korean)
