Role Responsibilities
- Scheduling for Country General Manager
- Coordinate internal and external meetings organized by Country General Manager including monthly leadership team governance meeting
- Maintain meeting minutes
- Support to develop leadership message for internal and external purposes
- Manage expense reporting
- Prioritize the timeline and accuracy to achieve documents and works
- Other professional tasks assigned by Country General Manager
Qualification
Education & Career
- 2-3 years of experience supporting to executive level
Professional Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Strong skills in organizing and thorough follow-up
- Excellence in interpersonal communication across organization
- Excellence in applications of Microsoft
- Proven track of record in performance and integrity
