Clinical and Customer Success (CCSO) is responsible for providing clinical specialties support, expertise and education to internal business units and external customers.

Clinical and Customer Success is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of BD products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.

Accountabilities:

  • Educates and leads the customer experience related to integrated data analytics. This includes but not limited to:

    • Participating in Data Workshops

    • Maintaining relevant and current presentations for the workshop using the customer evaluations

    • Remote education for Integrated Solutions

    • Participating in Business Reviews with sales for customers

    • Providing product demonstrations as needed (MSA, IKP)

  • Working remotely with customers.

  • Working with internal and external teams to establish/schedule support for education and related data analytics activities.

  • Facilitates the customer experience to manage, understand, and use clinical data to promote the business growth of clinical analytics and the business unit.

  • Improve medication safety and optimize installed BD products/systems.

  • Address practice questions about the use and functionality of implemented BD Alaris system.

  • Coordinates communication flow for both internal and external teams and customer. Manages customer complaints, internal customer requests and coordination of resolutions and outcomes.

  • Assists marketing product managers with marketplace surveillance, customer needs, and future product development.

  • Participates in internal data development teams for the integrated solutions as related to changes in device technology.

  • Participates in team meetings, representing the CIDC team, for groups such as Sales, CSE’s, Marketing and R&D.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree  in nursing or pharmacy

  • Expertise in pharmacy and/or nursing workflow

  • Three or more years in healthcare environment with technical (systems) involvement and computerized system applications.

  • Expertise in Infusion software technology expected. This includes:

    • BD Knowledge Portal for Infusion Technology (IKP)

    • BD Alaris™ System

    • *BD HealthSight Medication Safety Analytics (new solution; do not need expertise)

  • Must have strong communication skills and project management abilities.

  • Must be self-directed with independent initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership attributes.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company.

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills required.

  • Demonstrated project and team management experience in field setting.

  • Process improvement methodology knowledge preferable.

  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time is required.

Salary Range Information

$109,700.00 - $180,800.00 USD Annual
