Our vision for “function or BU” at BD
Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is an established and trusted partner in urinary healthcare, developing complete solutions which optimize the urine drainage process in the Acute Care Hospital setting.
About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for Urology & Critical Care (UCC) portfolio in Saudi Arabia, managing and developing key accounts within defined geographical area or account portfolio to achieve business growth targets, customer satisfaction and meet financial targets with overall sales strategy.
Role will be based in Jeddah, KSA
Main responsibilities will include:
- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
- Handling NUPCO Tenders and Enlisting UCC products experience
- Create new sales opportunities with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
- Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned Area.
- Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication.
- Manage relationship with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in complaint & ethical way.
- Understand and develop all sales channel with fast response to customers request and market demand.
- Ensure that BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biomedical technology or a healthcare related degree.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in sales, preferably in medical devices industry (Urology Critical Care).
- Strong understanding of NUPCO & Enlisting items.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Commitment to ethical standards and ability to quickly respond to customer requests and market demands.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
