Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial excellence and distributor performance.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic planning, sales performance analysis, and distributor management.
- Support the team in identifying market trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze distributor performance and efficiency metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing distributor networks, inventory management, and sales effectiveness.
- Support the development of distributor training programs and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement within commercial and distributor management functions and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business processes and system capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including commercial leaders, sales teams, and distributor partners, to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Train business users on best practices for utilizing Power BI tools and reports.
- Continuously enhance and optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a commercial or distributor management function.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the MedTech industry is a must.
