Key Responsibilities
- For areas in scope, independently develop strategy for key workstreams such as org design, deployment, business engagement and lead NextGen Finance program delivery across design, delivery and value tracking.
- Develop and run design phases to build multi-year design consistent with global design principles. Mentor design teams to execute activities such as assessments, building value cases, preparing process documentation, handling knowledge transfer, supporting cut-over activities, developing project/ program-related communications and providing other project management support and leadership. Liaise and raise process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee enabling workstreams (OCM, training, business case/financial management, and transition) in support of service line roadmap. Role may manage a small team and/or contractors or vendors.
- Responsible for end to end program delivery, implementation, execution, and delivery of programs outcomes through go-live and stabilization leveraging PMO best practices. Accountable for proactive identification of issues/risks and for driving risk resolution & escalation to management where required.
- Lead overall timeline integration and identify and manage critical path integration across program workstreams
- Perform overall program risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed.
- Drive customer experience
- Lead mobilization and execution planning including resourcing, project structure, scoping and initiating to ensure smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
- Drive leverage of GBS Excellence playbook and capabilities and collaborate across GS model to bring a holistic deployment solution and ensure service lines are enabled to meet objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies would be a plus.
- Relentless pursuit of excellence mindset.

- Highly collaborative working style, true team player.
- Proven track record in influencing, building confidence and trust with peers, team, key stakeholders, and leaders/executives

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills
- Minimum of 10+ years of related business experience, in a shared services organization, preferably in Finance,
- Min 7 years of experience supporting global transformation projects across matrixed teams in either project mgmt. or business capacity
