Main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective resource planning to process the in- & outgoing workload, as planned by the warehouse planning departments.

• Settingup the complete training landscape for DC Olen, including continuous follow-up on progress and regular reporting.

• Taking up a critical role in the BD Excellence Program “People”, with a focus on coaching and training of all warehouse teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Proficient in Dutch and English

• Stakeholder management

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (warehouse teams, Quality, HR, external partners)

• Training and development

Experience in designing anddelivering training programs, especially for warehouse operators

• Recruitment and assessment

Strong skills in candidate evaluation, interviewing and assessing suitability for operator roles.

Planning and scheduling capabilities to coordinate training programs, manage recruitment timelines, and ensure adequate OTIF processing capacity.

• Reporting & data analysis

Ability to track, interpret and report on KPI’s related to recruitment and training effectiveness. Experience with data visualization software is a plus (Excel, Power BI)

• Warehouse operations knowledge

Understanding of warehouse processes, security and safety protocols and equipment use.
