The Commercial Excellence Specialist supports sales operations, pricing, and project management for the BDI Italy&Greece team, with a focus on CRM systems, pricing analysis, and developing new systems, and collaborates with cross-functional teams, leverage data and analytics, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and revenue models.Job Description
About the role:
Sales Force Effectiveness:
Support the adoption of BD Way of Selling and collaborate with EU BDI SFE Network
Develop and innovate SFDC and connected systems, including sales tools and enabling technologies
Monitor and report on process KPIs through dashboards and tools
Serve as a point of contact for SFDC matters and enabling features for digital activities in EMEA
Challenge the status quo, propose new ways of working with BU leaders, and participate in sales force meetings (Win Rooms and GOC)
Pricing:
Build the BDI Italy&Greece house of pricing
Provides Regular Analysis on Pricing performance
Develops tools and Dashboards providing insights
Set Up regular meetings with regional sales leaders in order to address Pricing performance
Works on Floor Price Governance and enforcement
Be a point of contact with EMEA for Pricing matters
Full support on Pricing renegotiation through contract intelligence and priority setting
Full support on Pricing Budget and FCST definition
Develop and promote innovative initiatives to drive Pricing performance
Investigate new revenue models to drive sales and profitability
Maintain the Competition Pricing Database
Project Management:
Be the primary responsible to develop new systems around CRM and ERP.
Be the BDI Italy&Greece point of contact to develop new contracting and tendering system
Develop new Tender Database through collaboration within the organization and with the Tender Excellence Specialist inside BDI.
About you:
5 years or equivalent in similar roles (Comex, Pricing or Business Operation). It is considered a plus having experience in all of the above.
Great understanding of analytical pricing principles, Comex principles and CRM (SFDC) usage (having certifications would be a plus).
Advanced level on use of PowerBI and Excel analysis
Understanding of ERP processes
Great familiarity with new technologies and couriosity towards AI
Great Project Management skills
Ability to influence decision makers and to coordinate others
Good understanding of all moving parts of a company (holistic approach)
Ability to present ideas in structured manner by also working on Dashboards and Presentations.
