The Data Analytics Manager manages a team of Data Analysts and play a critical role in the Business Data architecture. You will be in charge of data management, reporting and analysis tools, to allow access to data in a secure way & their exploitation and guarantee a consistent use of the data within the company (in partnership with the Process Integrators).
The developed solutions will allow:
Automate repetitive tasks (data extraction, data refresh, etc.)
Support better and faster decision-making processes
Continuous improvement in the different departments of Pharm System
You will act as an expert in the use of analytical tools and give recommendations for the right use of data and tools!
Main responsibilities will include:
Contributes to & executes the organization's digital strategy regarding the structure, availability & security of business data
Ensures the availability of data for the various functions (Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, Plants, etc.)
Develops and maintains solutions for extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) and storing data from different source systems (SAP ECC, SAP SCM, SFDC, Hive, Data Lake, etc.)
Manages a team and nurtures the development of skills on various tools
In case of complex incidents, acts as a leader and technical coordinator by managing various support teams (internal / external - Business / IT)
Closely monitors technology improvements on the market to implement improvements on existing tools
Train users on the delivered tools and provide best practices for analysis
Qualification:
Engineering degree or equivalent
Demonstrable experience in a similar position
Team management experience
Strong knowledge of databases and technical data manipulation
Confident usage of Power Platform and MS Office tools
Proficient in English & French is a plus
Solid understanding of Data Fullstack & Azure DevOps
ITIL certification and good understanding of SDLC & project management
You are continuous improvement oriented and you love solving problems using data analysis
Solid experience in defining & implementing a strong governance (roadmap, priorities, roles & responsibilities, SLA, documentation, etc)
Excellent interpersonal skills
