Responsibilities:

• SME for BPA E2E financial planning process focusing on BPC system.

• Participate in Global / Regional Process to share best practices and drive operational performance through vendor.

• Ensure meetings (Weekly / monthly SLA meeting with Countries) are held and attended by Vendor Ops team and Country BPA

• Ensure SLA report out is fair.

• Manage escalation from countries and escalate to next levels (both BD & Vendor) if needed.

• Support continuous improvement in planning / simplification and automation through vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least 1 year of work experience in the Finance sector.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Skilled in data analysis and data extraction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
