Job Summary: Executive Secretary for MD, India/South Asia (including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and etc.). Performing to coordinate schedules and works with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial support to Managing Director of India/South Asia.
- Maintaining calendar and schedule for meetings/appointments.
- Making travel arrangements and supporting international visitors & events.
- Managing expense reports including timely submission.
- Preparing correspondence, memos, reports, presentations and MD office communications as directed by the manager.
- Supporting the company wide events.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing necessary materials and taking minutes including confidential data management.
- Performing administrative duties such as follow-up with stakeholders, documentations, photocopying and etc. in efficient manner.
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Executive Secretary.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Advanced skills Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
