Sr Marketing Manager of Marketing Analytics - Hybrid
Job Description Summary
As Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will interface with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Channel management teams. You will lead analytics partnerships by providing on-going support through market and financial modelling, marketing performance analysis, pricing, and sales effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a broad background in the healthcare environment leading strategic analytics projects, pricing excellence, marketing, selling and financial performance analysis, business intelligence tools and delivering thru cross-functional partnerships. Candidates will be expected to be in the Franklin Lakes, NJ or Sparks, MD office 3 days per week.Job Description

Business Unit
This role is with the US Region Diagnostic Solutions Business Unit and provides a tremendous opportunity to drive commercial effectiveness across a diverse mix of new product launches and existing Instrument and consumable categories by building data-oriented insight frameworks and leveraging partnerships with Product Marketing, Sales, Channel Mgmt., & Shared Services teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
Conduct comprehensive market research and market forecasting to understand market trends, market needs, and growth strategies. Establishing strategic and operational groundwork for data-centric marketing activities.
Enable revenue forecast modelling for existing and new product launches incorporating market and business events, using best-in-class statistical techniques
Develop and refine customer segmentation models, enhancing targeted marketing efforts, and improve customer engagement and funnel conversion rates.
Lead partnerships with product portfolio teams and drive analytical insights and revenue optimization strategies
Partner with product, sales and leadership to identify KPIs and develop visual dashboards primarily using Power BI (and Excel in some cases).
Support customer contract compliance monitoring by collaborating with Finance, contracts compliance and sales teams.
Effectively communicate and recommend ideas/plans to business partners, gaining alignment.
About you: To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Analytics or another quantitative area of study. MBA preferred with a strong background in analytics or related business field.
Minimum 7 years of leading major marketing analytics projects and supporting product launches
Financial and market modelling analysis and SAP/BI experience supporting commercial effectiveness is highly preferred
Experience working with Healthcare OEM companies strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership in the area of performance tracking.
Ability to provide a solid plan for complex projects including stakeholder alignment planning, communication planning and process change planning.
Knowledge of supply chain forecasting, demand planning, and product management a plus.
