GBS, Manager Communications and Organization Change Management - Hybrid
Job Description Summary
As Communications and Organizational Change Management Manager, you will support GBS Finance service lines and you will play a key role in driving business adoption and enabling the people side of change for Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance function transformation initiatives. This role will focus on supporting Integrated Supply Chain Finance and Business Planning & Analytics service lines with broader support as needed across GBS and Finance transformations. Areas of focus for this role may include but are not limited to changes to business processes, systems, new technology, operating model, new team stand-up, business engagement. The OCM Lead will report to the Global Business Services OCM Leader and is expected to have prior knowledge of and be able to apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities for areas in scope. Primary Responsibilities:
Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of changes required by the GBS transformation.
Act as Subject Matter Expert in change management for project leaders and the broader organization.
Provide oversight over all change management-related activities including:
Preparing for change: perform current state assessment, define change management plan, create change management team, identify and manage sponsor and stakeholders.
Managing change: Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, sponsor, training, coaching, and resistance management plans.
Reinforcing and sustaining change: Collect and analyze feedback, diagnose risks and gaps, manage resistance to change, implement corrective actions and celebrate change success.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications related to the supported project(s.)
Track progress for the change initiatives and report issues.
Strategic Partnerships and Leadership
Partner with GBS leadership and project teams in the region and/or across the globe, HR business partners, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications and other peer relationships required to support efficient collaboration, planning, and delivery of Change initiatives and projects.
Manage, mature, and promote the use of Change Management and Communications frameworks and processes across Global Business Services to ensure the best engagement and delivery methods are employed that maximize efficiencies and value across the operating model.
Collaborate with and maintain appropriate networks internally and externally to GBS to maximize engagements and ensure One Voice of GBS and value in a consistent way across regions.
Organizational and Team Development
Support and engage leaders in GBS driving sponsorship, change management capabilities and change leadership.
Coach managers and supervisors in driving change and building change management capabilities.
Consult and coach project teams to drive high performance and strong change management capabilities.
Assess needs and execute plans to continually mature and expand the change management skills and capabilities in the GBS organization.
Fueling the Change community
Actively look for new Change management tools and interventions and propose experiments to apply and learn.
Actively share change management ways of working within and outside GBS to become a thought leader for the function/enterprise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of leading organizational change and communications on large scale, high complexity global programs
Experience leading change in process, technology, and operating model.
Passion for the people side of change.
Proficient listener and storyteller.
Relentless pursuit of excellence mindset.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace flexibility in a highly dynamic environment.
Highly collaborative working style, true team player.
Proven track record in influencing, building confidence and trust with peers, team, key stakeholders, and leaders/executives.
Strong sense of accountability and planning skills.
Thorough understanding of Change Management principles, delivery methodologies, and tools to deliver successful Change programs.
Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery.
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Knowledge of project management methodologies would be a plus.
Education and Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
A professional certification such as PROSCI or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and communications, preferably within a GBS or similar environment strongly preferred.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. Thesalary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual worklocation. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$111,800.00 - $144,500.00 USD Annual
