We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Talent Solutions to join our HR team. This role will be pivotal in driving our talent management, talent acquisition, learning, and validated training initiatives through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, with specific experience in Workday and/or SuccessFactors Learning. This is a people manager role, responsible for leading a team of HR technology professionals.
This role provides flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership: Proactively identify and recommend technology solutions that can enable business strategy and operations. Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions, including Workday, SuccessFactors and Degreed and other talent technologies. Ensure these systems optimally support talent management, talent acquisition, learning, and validated training processes.
Talent Technologies: Use technology to develop and implement the COE’s strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Oversee performance management, succession planning, skills strategy, employee engagement and other strategic programs through tech-enabled solutions.
Learning & Validated Training Technologies: Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development solutions that are aligned with business goals and meet compliance requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR technology professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and outcomes. Monitor key metrics and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & development. Experience with validated training systems highly desirable
Proven experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence others in a highly matrixed environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams
