Job Description Summary
As implementation Specialist you will be involved in the process of implementation of products and services for the Medication Management Solutions business unit. You will interact with customers frequently and act in a independent manner with a good knowledge of products, technologies and process on Application plan assigned.You will work closely with teammates and a variety of end users to ensure high implementation standards and user satisfaction. You possess a close understanding of systems application and interface. All these activities require a highly motivated and customer-focused candidate with excellent excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Main responsibilities :
- Demonstrate working understanding of products, related technologies and the Application process
- Independently complete assigned deliverables from the Application plan by conducting all the necessary meetings with the customer, both on-site and remotely.
- Work with the Project Management Office in coordinating and performing all the project phases including equipment/software installation and customers training
- Perform general training of products and technologies
- Collaborate with the team to Integrate basic products/services with customer systems and processes
- Have developed knowledge and skills in Products Application; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
- Provide high technical support level to existing customers on-site and remote.
- Effectively communicates technical knowledge and validates understanding of others
Preferred profile
- Technical/IT/clinical background
- At least 2 years related of experience working in the IT and health industry
- Have the ability to solve problems in a logical manner
- Critical and logical thinking
- Willingness to Travel up to 80% in France and Benelux
- Fluency in French and English, Dutch and German is a plus
