We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Medication Delivery Solutions business unit based in Denmark, Norway, Finland, or Sweden, with a preference for someone located in Stockholm. Main responsibilities will include:
- Perform comprehensive analyses to guide decision-making, manage risks, and find opportunities.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion in line with European business unit standards.
- Mentor a junior business analyst, supporting their development and growth within the team.
- Provide support and workshops to sales teams by addressing system-related questions.
- Offer financial insights to assist with planning and setting business objectives.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for monthly business reviews with BU leadership and European counterparts.
- Develop and maintain monthly reports and analytical tools to meet the business unit's information requirements.
- Utilise tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry, especially in tender management within a large international organisation, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, adaptable to dynamic environments, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to mentor and assist colleagues with IT tool-related queries, particularly regarding Excel.
