BD Rowa is a leader in the robotization and digitalization of pharmacies for over 25 years. We have equipped more than 13,000 pharmacies around the world.
We are currently experiencing strong growth and are looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to market our Rowa BD solutions to pharmacies in Belgium. As the true reference for your sector for our Rowa solutions, this position requires creating a privileged relationship with our pharmacist clients through a project consulting approach in order to market robotics and digitalization solutions tailored to their needs.

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager Belgium to join our dynamic team at Becton Dickinson. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative BD Rowa products, which include automation and digitalization solutions for pharmacies. Your primary focus will be on crafting tailored projects, achieving sales targets, and actively acquiring new customers and projects within your assigned geographic area.

BD ROWA is a prominent player in the automation and digitalization of city pharmacies, with a presence in over 11,000 pharmacies worldwide.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Proven sales experience in the pharmacy or MedTech equipment industry, preferably with high-value products in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Excellent understanding of the challenges faced by pharmacists and the ability to provide effective solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Dutch and French, with professional English skills for international collaboration
  • Analytical attitude, ambitious approach, and a drive for achieving performance-based compensation

About you

  • You hold a higher education degree and are proficient in both French and Flemish.
  • Ideally, you have significant experience in selling equipment to pharmacies.
  • You are adaptable, autonomous, and possess strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • You are a great teammate with excellent communication skills.
  • Beyond the skills, we are looking for an analytical person, capable of autonomy and above all driven by the commercial challenge because this position requires an entrepreneurial approach in managing the assigned geographic area by offering great prospects for performance-based compensation!.
