About the role
The Marketing Product Manager for Vascular Access Management ( Benelux) is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive portfolio and platform strategies that align with global and regional objectives. This role encompasses full product life cycle management—from commercialization through to product discontinuation—supported by PLC operations at the cluster level and includes managing registration requests.
With expertise in branding, marketing communication, product and portfolio management, and market planning, the Marketing Product Manager translates strategic goals into targeted value propositions and tailored portfolio strategies by segment and channel. Leveraging a robust understanding of market and customer insights, this position ensures strategic alignment across the portfolio, providing critical insights on competitive positioning and opportunities within the marketplace.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and apply deep market and customer insights, consolidating insights on the overall portfolio and competitors.
- Localize and develop portfolio-relevant content and materials, optimizing sales support, including tender criteria value drivers and positioning to win.
- Ensure relevant tools to drive customer engagements.
- Provide training on products, applications, key supporting evidence, and general product expertise.
- Provide pricing mentorship to customer-facing teams in line with global and regional guidance.
- Drive campaign planning and execution based on segmentation and targeting aligned with the overall solution offer and regional campaigns, working closely with the Cluster omnichannel specialist.
- Support planning processes and opportunity management.
- Provide portfolio demand and forecasting guidance, performance management and tracking, including FSA.
- Monitor achievements and breakthroughs within the portfolio scope.
- Upstream input on portfolio development.
About you
- Proven experience in product and/or marketing management in MedTech/Life Sciences or similar.
- We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master degree in business or marketing.
- Proficient technical marketing acumen.
- Strategic agility, good analytical skills, and skilled communication abilities.
- Skilled communicator with proficient presentation skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and English with good conversational French level
- Passionate about achieving goals and taking initiative to complete tasks.
- Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix to influence strategies at the region, cluster, and country level.
