Employee Experience Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Employee Experience Specialist reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for supporting and driving the employee experience from job offer to onboarding and beyond. This role will be a point of contact for new hires to direct them to the proper resources needed to be successful. The Employee Experience Specialist will also be responsible for managing the associate New Hire Orientation and conducting 30, 60, 90-day touchpoints with all new hires to review our onboarding questionnaire. This role will provide data driven feedback to site leadership, as well as BD Centers of Excellence to help drive meaningful action as it relates to employee experience.Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide proactive touchpoints to new hires before their first day to engage with our new team members. This includes providing them will all relevant first day information.
Coordinates and conducts all New Hire Orientations. This includes collecting first day paperwork, reviewing I-9’s, facilitating the HR portion of the NHO, and ensuring a smooth transition between all presenters.
Acts as a point of contact for new hires from day one on to help direct them to the proper resources within our HR Model to get the support they need.
Conduct direct touchpoints with all new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days. Follow up with leaders on any findings.
Responsible for developing a comprehensive five-year employee experience map that outlines key experiences our associates should have to foster engagement and retention. This includes creating measurement plans to determine the success of these curated experiences.
Provide report outs to the site leadership team on common themes from new hire touchpoints.
Assist in supporting all departments from an employee experience perspective as needed.
Assists in the planning, organizing, and execution of site events.
Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
This position requires:
Associate Degree (required) Bachelor Degree in Administration or Human Resources (preferred)
Ability to influence without authority.
Demonstrated experience with program management and ability to recommend strategic direction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with various levels of leaders throughout the organization.
MS Office Proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Shift:8 hours M- F – Requires flexibility to work with a 24/7 manufacturing environment, so must have the ability to flex as needed to support night shifts as well.
