Job Description Summary
The Supply Planner, WE & EMA will play an active role in translating the key element of the business strategies into tactical functional initiatives to meet the service and objectives across all regions. The position will determine the quantities by product required to maintain target inventory levels and with the appropriate lead time to order product from source to replenish. The position will coordinate finished goods sourcing activities across global plants and external supplier network optimizing available capacity and assets. Drive S&OP Supply consensus and macro level capacity management. Recommend and set inventory levels to support the regions’ service levels in alignment with the global business and Supply Chain objectives.Job Description

About the role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain optimization? Join our team as a Supply Planner and play a key role in managing inventory, ensuring seamless supply operations, and driving business performance!
Main responsibilities will include:
Supply Planning:
Manage regional inventory levels to optimize service and working capital.
Provide inbound and storage volume projections to warehouses and transport teams.
Execute allocation in short supply situations and translate business needs into supply needs.
Advise on replenishment models and supply chain master data for cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with global planning teams to manage long-term supply shortages and fair distribution.
S&OP Process Facilitation:
- Lead Supply Review discussions and contribute to regional and global S&OP meetings.
- Ensure timely input of consensus figures for accurate production planning.
- Represent regional interests in global supply review and collaborate with global supply planners.
- Support supply chain initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.
Business Performance Management:
Drive cost efficiency and process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor and improve forecast accuracy for optimal business performance.
Consolidate country inputs for annual long-term planning and optimize distribution networks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business needs.
About you
Experience: Solid background in supply chain management, inventory control, and demand planning.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze supply trends, optimize planning models, and improve key metrics.
Collaboration & Communication: Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and global supply planners.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with forecasting tools, demand planning software, and ERP systems.
