Supply Chain Operations Analyst
Job Description Summary
As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be mainly responsible for stock management and replenishment, master data analysis and supporting the Regional SC teams with tasks in S4/Hana like returns, code extension, goods receipt and inbound deliveries. Also, for expediting and operational follow-up with the different stakeholders in the logistics process on the various type of orders.Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:
Close collaboration with various BD departments and BD suppliers
Order creation and management
Support with resolution of invoicing issues in S4/Hana
Confirmation of the order entry delivery and shipment details to the stakeholders
Providing support and mentorship to BD vendors and internal BD associates on data set management
About you
Bachelor level required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,
Experience in Shared Service Center Organization within Supply Chain field combined with customer facing environment will be an additional asset
Proficient command of English language required (written and spoken),
Strong customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Very good analytical skills - Methodical and organized,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),
SAP knowledge would be beneficial – stock & order management.
