Job Description Summary

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be mainly responsible for stock management and replenishment, master data analysis and supporting the Regional SC teams with tasks in S4/Hana like returns, code extension, goods receipt and inbound deliveries. Also, for expediting and operational follow-up with the different stakeholders in the logistics process on the various type of orders.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Close collaboration with various BD departments and BD suppliers

• Order creation and management

• Support with resolution of invoicing issues in S4/Hana

• Confirmation of the order entry delivery and shipment details to the stakeholders

• Providing support and mentorship to BD vendors and internal BD associates on data set management

About you

• Bachelor level required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,

• Experience in Shared Service Center Organization within Supply Chain field combined with customer facing environment will be an additional asset

• Proficient command of English language required (written and spoken),

• Strong customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds,

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

• Very good analytical skills - Methodical and organized,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),

• SAP knowledge would be beneficial – stock & order management.
