Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, the Supplier Risk Supplier Manager is responsible for overall strategy execution and program management of the BD Supplier Risk Program, taking leadership on resiliency data governance, supporting Procurement’s digital roadmap execution incl. supplier portal launch, risk model enhancements, and API integrations sustaining critical program focus areas and supporting new program capabilities as necessary.Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversight and Management: Manage the Supplier Risk process and BD Supplier Risk Model.
Facilitation: Facilitate monthly business meetings and execute the annual Key Development Goal process.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Track and report relevant data, communicate progress, and issue global metrics/dashboards.
Risk Reviews: Perform and facilitate risk reviews for BD Supplier Risk Model and third-party intelligence provider.
Optimization: Optimize processes and technology.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operational risk management and procurement.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work across functions and businesses.
Familiarity with risk model dashboards and data integration.
Capability to lead risk roadmap enhancements and manage third-party relationships.
Experience in training and process optimization.
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders for risk intelligence.
