The Customer Master Data Owner, EMEA QTC will coordinate the data management and governance processes within the Quote-to-Cash function, this role will focus primarily on customer master data, expanding to other areas in line with maturity roadmap.

As the Customer Master Data Owner, EMEA QTC, you will coordinate the data management and governance processes within the Quote-to-Cash function.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Establish and enforce data governance models & policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for all QTC business process transactions, reporting, and analytics.
• Monitor and manage data quality, identifying and resolving data issues.
• Ensure that all data-related processes align with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues.
• Collaborate with QTC dand other data owners within countries, functions, BPT (Process Architecture), IT, Finance, ComEx and Business Unit teams to define data standards.
• Develop and maintain the data architecture for the QTC function.
• Define and manage the data nomenclature, ensuring consistency and clarity across all data elements.
• Provide training and support to data users to ensure adherence to data governance policies.
• Find opportunities for process improvements and deploy changes to improve data management practices.

You are a leader with a strong background in process, data and data governance, within a global organization. Your outstanding analytical, problem solving and able to prioritize multiple tasks. You are ambitious and driven to successfully implement world-class management practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data management, governance, and compliance within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of QTC data architecture and nomenclature principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams and prioritising multiple tasks.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• LSS Qualifications & CI mindset are a significant asset
