Job Description Summary

Expected to work closely with Country Leader, Segment Marketing Leader and SEA FP&A in supporting to provide and analyze financial P&L report.
The success of this role will rely largely on your strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis to consolidate in-market information, aggregate data and analyze information to inform operating performance and conduct a profit and loss forecast.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting - Track and report data - Conduct data aggregation, analysis and forecasting using the in-market sales information collected by the Com Ops manager

2. Financial Analysis - Developing meaningful insights to influence business decisions:

• Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss forecast and other ad-hoc analysis / reporting

• Conduct analysis on information from the various business units to provide a view on the organization's operating performance (e.g., cash flow, ROI)

3. Strategy Development and Deployment

• Support country-specific initiatives and M&A integrations (if applicable)

• Collaborate with regional counterparts to drive high-level regional agenda

4. Requirements
